Closing this Month?

Here are some helpful tips for this week and beyond:

  • Docs - The earlier, the better! Don’t forget, the earlier, the better. And also, the earlier, the better.
  • Signings - We can accommodate signings at our offices in Bellevue, Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, Puyallup, our brand new office in Everett, and anywhere in between!
    • We are performing mobile signings for those clients who require them. Please let us know right away if you have a client that needs a mobile signing. We always accommodate your client, whatever the situation.
    • Yes, we are doing electronic signings for BECU, Amtrust, Flagstar etc.
    • We are open on Saturday, August 21st to accommodate signings.
  • Recording - All Northpoint refis are recorded electronically in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Talk about speed! Our exclusive Northpoint Recording System ensures your files record within minutes of release.
  • Same Day - Our motto: “Close today, disburse today.” All proceeds will be cut the same day of closing. You will be paid on time. Your clients will get their proceeds the same day. All payoffs will go out the same day.
  August 19th - 25th: Send docs to us as soon as possible.
  August 21st: Extended business hours.  
  August 26th: Last day to sign.
